Upon interviewing Kritikull ThnKng it was learning that his father had been in and out of his life which led to him blaming himself for years of his absence. This was a spiraling pivot in his life because it lead to him getting into “drugs and dealing” quoted from Kritikull Thnkng himself. He made mention that he has a wake up call when he lost his best friend to he gun violence it brings. The shooting was a drive by that ended him in the hospital with a bullet wound In his chest a few inches away from his heart.
Kritikull Thnkng was asked what was it like keeping balance with his job, parenthood, and musical career and he responded,
” I wouldn’t change it for the world. Growing up without a dad motivate me to be the best I can be, and my kids are and will always be my biggest fans”.

Music platforms today. Kritikull made let’s the fans know what his most favored lyrics are from his music,
” I got a vision, I’ll achieve it thru persevering, made some decisions and they all came with consequences, came along way from growing up without pots to piss in, and all my homies dead or spendin they life in the system, but what really sets me apart and what makes me different, ain’t only doin it for myself and that’s the difference”.
He stated that he started to make music around the age of 14 years old by recording himself rap over YouTube beats. He gained his 1st studio at the age of 18 also teaching himself how to mix and master.
“Got a laptop, cheap mic and downloaded audacity when I was 18 and that’s basically what I learned to mix on but wasn’t satisfied with the quality. If you know audacity, you know what I mean, so I got e better mic, a Scarlett interface, better laptop, and swap between pro tools and studio one and have been doing so for about 4 years now”
Kritikull Thnkng said he wishes to grow a larger fan base along with elevating his music to be his new year’s resolution. He was also asked what does he do within his free time an he responded that he spends the majority of his time with his kids. He is into anything sports related and loves to ride motocross. He also made mention that he loves to play 2K on his free time.
Kritikull Thnkng lets us know that he can complete a full production of two song in one day depending on the project. He was also asked what artist influenced his style of music and he responded,
“Lil Wayne ultimately got me wanting to rap and into the punchlines and metaphors, but I take influence from ppl ranging from him to Tupac and Biggie, to J cole and really Dreamville as a whole, to Yungeen Ace, to Eminem”.
Kritikull Thnkng give his top 5 favored artist in the music industry,
“Lil Wayne at number 1, with JID and J Cole right behind, then BOA QG, and been liking some NO CAP or Finesse2x lately”.
Kritikull Thnkng told us that if he could collaborate with any artist it would be out of, Lil Wayne, J Cole, or JID. We asked him also what is his biggest struggle as a musician and he said,
“I’m my own worst critique and expect perfection from myself even when I know that’s not possible from anyone”.
He classifies his music in the genre of rap/hip-hop. Unlike most artist Kritikull Thnkng spends about 36 hours making music in a weeks times spend. He elaborate on how he has been doing music for the past few years since he was 14 years old.
Kritikull Thnkng says his motivation for music is knowing that his words could help save or change anyone’s life. Upon one of his showcases kritikull Thnkng educates us of how he met yelawolfs family and placed 2nd in the open mic night that same day. We also asked him what made him choose his artist name and he responded,
“Every decision I make in life is crucial to my outcome, so im Kritikull ThnKng”.
He stated that feels the music distribution companies and streaming platforms rob artist of their profits per stream so it’s hard to really make heavy progress as an artist. Kritikull was also asked of he could change one thing he said it would bro rap fast like Twista.
Kritikull Thnkng made mention that his top played games and favorites for 2022 is 2k23 & Madden 23. He stated Facebook & Instagram are his preferred and favorite socials platforms to connect with anyone on. Also mentioning that his favorite clothing brands are, Kritikull Klothing of course, Polo, and Nike/Jordan. The last thing he mentioned during his interview was that his favorite movie actors are,
“Ryan Reynolds, Adam Sandler, Kevin Hart, Tom Hardy, Liam Neeson. Gotta include Michael Jai White and Scott Adkins a.k.a Yuri Boyka from Undisputed”.
