Burn Herm is a HipHop artist from Boston, MA. His latest project is called “Heir To The Flame featuring Denny Laflare.” He says he tries to make a release every few months throughout the year to have a consistent flow of music. One of his goals as an artist is to get heard by more people than ever. His greatest experience as an artist is when people tell him that his words mean something to them.
Burn says he travels a few times out the year, spreading the word of his music. His biggest challenge as an artist is to find time to make and promote music. This balance can take a toll on any artist. Burn stated that his parents influenced him to start making music along with LL Cool J, DJ Premier, and Tone Loc. One of his major goals as an artist for 2024 is to shoot a short film.

Burn’s favorite top 5 artists in the industry are Scarface, Nas, Prodigy, Z Ro, and 2Pac. He made a bold statement about making music since he could walk. He made it known that he tries to spend at least 4 – 8 hours a few times throughout the year in the studio.
“My team Monks Temple Records is a machine, and family at the same time supports me the most.”
He also speaks on the worst artists he feels are in the industry, Playboi carti, Tom McDonald, Lil Baby, Lil Nas X, and Kendrick Lamar.
He wants to advise all new and upcoming artists,
“Just do it. build a foundation and don’t waste time being scared.”
