1. How many times have you performed this year so far?
“So far I’ve done 26 actual shows with everywhere from dayton ohio, been part of the Big Gas Tour, Indianapolis as well as new Albany, all over Louisville and 3 in Atlanta, and 4 events where I popped up to do a song as a special guest in 2022”
2. Describe you’re experience of showcasing your music?
“Music is the only time I feel truly loved and seen in my purest form. I’ve loved showcasing my music, honestly, I love seeing the reaction, dancing, cheering it’s the usual reaction to my music because I’m criminally misjudged so it has all the more impact”
3. What made you release the song I want you to cry?
“That song has alotta bounce and it sounds upbeat and pop-ish but really its an outright verbal attack on those that have overlooked me in this music scene and judged a cd by the case to use an outdated metaphorpeople say I don’t look the part when personally I’m not trying to look a part I look like meso even the opening line if heard again with this in mind hits a lil different. I want them to cry”.
4. How many songs have you released this year?
“Let’s see, between 2 studio albums, 3 mixtapes, and 11 singles separate from the albums plus leaks I left to float around and do what they do, just about 129 or 130 since February 2022”
5. Describe your experience of recording your first song?
“I was at my friend djs house, rest his soul, good friend for 20+ years, passed away this year, his mom worked nights and we’d mess around in chat rooms back around 03-04 so I brought my ps2 eyetoy over to use as a Webcam, we couldn’t get it to work but Windows did recognize the micit wasn’t so much a song as it was a 25-minute long cd of us rapping stuff that sounded like ja rule and over pencil beats, I still have the cd “cookies and m&ms”

“Gucci because of the fake gucci airforce ones I had as a kid, the kids at my school bugged over them, I like the double g logo”

7. Describe your local support?
“I’m infamous, I hear whispers of people acknowledging me as a goat in Kentucky”
8. How many hours weekly do you spend making music?
“How many hours are in a week? Lol I chose to do music full time in February and have been living off streaming and youtube checks so basically if I’m not sleeping eating or showering then I’m making music, and that’s 100% fact I am music at this point”
9. Where do you see your career in 6 months?
“In a healthy state and activeI stopped trying to chase an ideal goal or aspiration or achievement just simply hope I’m still grinding as hard as ever”
10. How long does it take you to finish one project?
“A day to organize it as a sonically coherent whole recording a Lotta music means alotta backlogI still have backlog, depends really on what’s working, but at any one time I have 10 albums worth of unreleased quality music so if my life depended on dropping a mixtape in 24 hours I’d have a mixtape out within an hour or 2 of having that stated to me”

“It’s self described, not everyone gets the same me so I can’t give a personality description that would work for me, I’m like an onion, some people haven’t got to certain layers and unlocked certain “me’s”

“Talkin all that shit will get you shot in the face” from “Mr. Roo” and it resonates with people for some reason. The world is crazy”

“Madlab Beatz, based outta Canada, he’s is my official producer”
16. What’s your biggest struggle as an independent artist?
“Getting any constructive feedback or just any feedback, I want to know what people like and dislike about my music it helps me with direction, tangible opinions of it, everyone just says it’s good or great usually”

“It depends really, I’m a man of context-sensitive response”
19. How far do you see your career going?
“I don’t project, I manifest, I don’t know, I’m a lost soul roaming and navigating the path as an artist in 2022, the funs in the journey not the destination”
20. Describe what success means to you?
“Comfort and peace, I may never have it. I hope for it”
21. What future projects should we expect from you this year?
“TrenchZilla which is a sonically new endeavor, imagine the theatrical sound design of a Godzilla film and apply it to a hardcore rap album”
22. Could you see yourself ever branching off into a different side of the music business outside of being a rapper?
“Im already a music manager, engineer, mentor and showrunner, and videographer and working toward being a full-blown mastering engineer, I do all my own mixing and mastering, I don’t gotta imagine it, it comes with the territory”
23. How often do you promote your music? Expound on that process?
“Every day, just regular posts, I occasionally will work with my favorite marketing company based in Los Angeles to do targeted ads on my more successful songs just to keep the momentum high, regularly do live performances as well”
24. What advice would you give to a younger and upcoming independent artist starting their career?
“Don’t listen to anyone making less money than you from music”

26. Are you family oriented? Expound on why or why not?
“I’m estranged from my loving family and my parents are dead, I don’t know what family is”

“All of them, I can’t confidently pick a favorite”
28. Who is your favorite female artist?
“Halie Noe, she’s local here and gave up music I think for a relationship, either way, I love her musical soul and voice. We have 1 track together”
29. Would you ever collaborate with Nas x?
“If it made sense at the time…maybe? I don’t care for his music or listen to him”
